？Supervise and inspect the work of assigned room and/or public area attendants to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel and company business objectives.
岗位职责

1. Planning, training, directing, controlling and coordinating the activities of all Housekeeping personnel.

2. To ensure cleanliness, maintenance and orderliness of all guestrooms, function rooms, public areas, back of house areas.

3. To direct and coordinate activities such as cleaning and maintenance, storing and issuing uniforms and maintenance of Prohost system.

4. To ensure guestrooms, function rooms, public areas and back of house areas conform to Hotel’s standards of cleanliness, maintenance and orderliness.

5. To inspect rooms and premises regularly for cleanliness, repair work and maintenance.

6. To train personal according to established procedures and conducts training meetings.

7. To brief Housekeeping Supervisors on functions, VIP arrivals and other events.

8. To control and see to the adequacy of all necessary housekeeping materials, supplies and linen.

9. To coordinate with Front Office regarding room transfers, guest charges and other problems or requirements regarding guest accommodation and billing.

10. To control and see to the adequacy of inventory of all necessary housekeeping materials, supplies and linen.
任职要求

1. Fluency in English and Mandarin （verbal & written） essential
2. Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel environment3
3. Minimum 2 years experience in Hotel Housekeeping department
4. Strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills
