职位描述：

负责梭织、针织时尚女装的相关工艺制作、品质控制、样衣检查及大货验货， 主要包括：

1. 新款出样到出货前所有阶段样品和大货的品质检验及质量跟踪
2. 面料的IN-HOUSE检测，以及大货面料的检验

3、执行公司对供应商的质量要求，验货标准，验货流程， 并适时更新
4. 对潜在新供应商进行生产能力及技能方面的评估

职位要求：
1.工作细心、耐心，责任感强，有团队合作精神.

2. 2年以上女装质量控制相关经验，熟悉AQL验货标准
3.熟悉面料，辅料合格标准，车位缝纫技术以及纸样排版
4.熟悉针梭织高级时尚服装工艺流程及品质控制
5.能与业务部门，工厂进行有效沟通及时发现样品和生产过程中的问题，并积极提供有效的解决方案
6.能够很好地阅读、理解英文的工艺资料

7.能够适应经常出差

Responsibilities:
1) In charge of overall sample and production quality in Woven & knit to ensure brand standards
2) To responsible for quality control of every step process of sample and production
3) Communicate with merchandiser and factories to ensure that production will meet requirement
4) Conduct evaluation on potential suppliers in the areas of production capacity and performance


Requirements:
1) Patient and careful work is a must,and also responsible and repliable

2) Minimum 2 year experience on women's garment

3) Good knowledge on fabric & accessory pass quality standard, sewing technique and paper pattern
4) Good knowledge on garment workmanship and production process on woven and knitting
5) Well communicate with merchandiser, suppliers to arrange the inline inspection, final inspection
6) Be able to detect quality problem on production and give active solution
7) Good reading and understanding of English tech-pack and comments
8) Be able to travel often in JiangSu and Zhejiang area.
