职位描述：
Main Tasks / Responsibilities:
1.Lead and supervise the China IT Frontend team to manage and provide technical support for all IT hardware, software and associated peripherals
2.Provide guidance, feedback and organise weekly meeting to the IT team member
3.Provide support to the LifeCycle Management team
4.Deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment.
5.Install and configure operating systems and software to agreed standards
6.Provide application and infrastructure server administration
7.Prepare IT administration task, including IT budgeting and user training
8.Coordinate the network administration, installation and configuration of network devices
9.Telephone and video surveillance system management.

Qualifications/Experience and Knowledge Requirements
1. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Operating System - Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 and 2012 / 2012 R2
2. Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10 operating system
3. Good working experience in IBM Lotus Notes environment
4. Good working experience in IT Backup solution
5. Knowledge of Lifecycle Management tool is an asset
6. Knowledge of IT Networking (LAN/WAN) – Cisco router / HP / Aruba Switches is an asset
7. Excellent troubleshooting skills
8. Strong interpersonal, communication skills, able to speak / write in English
9. Able to work and solve problems independently in a fast paced environment
10. Minimum 5 years in practical IT technical support experience in the multinational company environment
11. At least Diploma in Information Technology
12. Certified in ITIL would be advantageous 举报 分享
