Job Description
? Assist Manager to maintain and enhance the Ethical Sourcing Program.
? Supervise Ethical Sourcing Officers in the region.
? Third party audit company governance.
? Develop and/or engage with third parties on capacity building project for suppliers.
? Prepare analytical report on Ethical Sourcing performance.
? Keep updated with industry standard and legislation in the region.
? Frequent travel required.
? Ad Hoc project as assigned by Management.
Requirements
? At least 7 years’ relevant experience, preferably in buying office and trading company.
? Capacity building project management experience.
? Factory social compliance audit experience.
? Third party audit company governance experience.
? Good knowledge of social/environmental compliance industry standard and requirement.
? Formal training in SA8000/ICTI/WRAP etc. is an advantage.
? Bachelor degree holder or equivalent.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
? Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
? Proactive and self-motivated.
? Supervisory skill is essential.
? A good team player and able to work independently.
? Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin are essential.
