职位描述：
一、岗位目的：
Job Purpose:
为了提高工程师的设计质量，对工程师图纸的机加工艺性，装配工艺性，尺寸，公差，热处理和功能性的审查。
In order to improve the quality of the engineer's drawing, check the machining technological properties, assembly processes, dimensions, tolerances, heat treatment and functional properties of the engineer's drawings.
二、岗位描述：
Job Descriptions:
1. 对机械设计图纸进行审查
Check the mechanical design drawings.
2. 针对机械设计的要求，完成图纸的机加工艺性，装配工艺性，尺寸，公差和功能性审查，确保图纸的低差错或无差错。
In view of the requirements of mechanical design, check the machining technological properties, assembly processes, dimensions, tolerances, heat treatment and functional properties of the engineer's drawings, to ensure that the drawings of the low error or no error.
3. 将审查中发现的问题及时反馈到各设计工程师，督促并指导他们进行改进
Feedback the problems found in the checking to the design engineers, supervise and guide them to improve.
4. 指导工程师进行设计方案的优化和图纸质量的不断改进
To guide the engineers to design optimization and drawing quality continuous improvement.
5. 对设计部日常技术管理和标准化工作提出合理化建议
Put forward reasonable suggestion to the daily technical management and standardization work of design.

教育与学历：
Education & Academic Qualifications
? 本科学历，机械工程，自动化或相关专业
? Bachelor degree in mechanical engineer, automation or relevant major
工作经验要求：
Working Experiences
? 15年以上自动化行业非标机械设计工作经验
15+ years of non-standard design in automation;

特殊资格要求：
Specific Qualifications
? 熟练使用CAD/Solidworks
Application of CAD/Solidworks

专业知识与
工作技能Professional Knowledge and Working Skills (Hard Skills)
? 丰富的机械设计经验，丰富的机械工艺知识（国企工作经历为佳）
Rich experience in mechanical design, rich knowledge of mechanical process (working experience in state owned enterprises is preferred).
? 了解汽车行业领域里典型设备的运用
Understand the application of typical equipment in the automotive industry
? 熟悉非标设计及制造的相关准则及规范
Non-standard design and manufacture’s relative principle and specification.
? 思维清晰，有较强的分析问题和解决技术难题的能力
Clear thinking, strong analytical skills and the ability to solve technical problems
