JobTitle：Tooling Engineer模具工程师

Overall Purpose and Aims of the Job Role 总体概要：
Using Catia V5 to design 2D and 3D drawings,working on projects for press tooling,mould tools and prototype vehicle engineering. Use tool design analysis applications for feasibility of tool designs. Supporting the General Manager with the day today activities.
用CATIA V5设计2D图纸和3D建模，工作领域为冲压模具，注塑模具，样车工程。使用模具设计分析软件autoform分析模具的可行性。

KeyTasks–Roles&Responsibilities主要职责：
? Responsible for the on time & accurate delivery of Tooling Programmes
 负责准时并准确地发送数据
? Ability to interpret customer requirements & communicate to the team
 有较强的解读客户要求和团队沟通的能力
? Ability to delegate tasks within team,provide guidance,manage hours&provide feedback
 能帮助团队解决技术难题，帮助团队，管理时间，给英国总部提供反馈
? Work in adherence to procedures to achieve best in class service and maintain quality
 严格遵守工作流程，并坚持提供一流的服务和质量
? Develop and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction
 发展并维持客户满意度
? Processing CAD Data
 管理CAD数据流程
? Produce designs that are suitable for cost effective manufacture
        输出生产有效设计
? 2D drawing
 2D 图纸
? 3D illustrations/exploded views/isometric views
       3D 爆炸图 轴测图
? Conduct design feasibility using relevant form analysis tools and applications
       使用相关软件比如AUTOFORM进行可行性分析
? Organising data
         管理数据

Essential level of competency必要的能力：
? Ability to use CATIA & Autoform
        精通 CATIA & Autoform
? Experience of press tooling & feasibility within an automotive environment
 有丰富的在汽车行业冲压模具设计的经验
? Ability to work to instruction and integrate into a successful engineering team
 能带领并很好地融入一个工程师团队
? Good English speaking communication skills
 有一定的专业英语要求
? Problem solving
 一定的解决问题的能力
