Position: Project Manager /Quantity Surveyor (Interior Construction)


Qualification:
Graduate in Quantity Surveying /Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)/ Interior Design Degree and/or equivalent degree

Working Experience:
At least 5 years in interior construction

Experience, Knowledge &Skills:
? Experience in preparation of Budget, Cost Estimates and Bills of Quantity on Interior Construction projects
? Experienced in Construction Administration procedures
? Have project managed retail and F&B sites would be an added value
? Good communication skills with various levels in a team.
? Language skills – Spoken & Written Chinese and English is necessary
? Knowledge of Construction methods
? Negotiation Skills with contractors and suppliers


职位：项目经理 / 成本测算员（室内装饰）

专业或资质要求：
工程估算/室内设计或相关专业/特许建筑师协会（CIOB）

工作经验：
5年以上室内工程经验

岗位要求：

？ 能够做室内工程项目成本测算和工程量清单；
？ 施工执行相关质量控制管理；
？ 有零售业和餐饮业项目现场管理经验更佳
？ 良好的沟通能力
？ 良好的中英文说、写能力；
？ 熟识施工方法；
？ 能够很好的和分包商、供应商协调沟通。
