职位描述：

职位目的:

完成上海学校的各项行政工作包括前台及车辆管理。 支持并指导各地方学校的行政工作，实现行政一体化、标准化管理，为业务提供更为专业的支持服务

主要职责:

- 预算与费用: 协助制定各学校的全年行政费用预算，监督落实各校的预算执行情况，协助各校完成利润指标

- 审批: 审批各校的OA、PO、合同、新建供应商等申请，严格控制审批流程和费用

- 房产: 监控各校的房产租赁情况，协助完成退租、续约、选址等相关事宜

- 装修，维修与固定资产: 协助工程部完成各校装修的设计、供应商选择、装修合同签订、施工的相关的工作。负责学校的后续维修维保工作，确保学校的校舍形象良好

- 采购: 负责上海学校的各项日常行政类的采购工作。确保其他区域内学校的采购工作合规，到位

- 安全合规: 负责各个学校的安全合规工作

- 其他事务: 协助各校处理各种突发行政事宜

职位要求:

- 本科学历

- 7年以上

- 有5年或以上大型企业行政管理工作经验优先

- 有制定执行年度行政预算的经验

- 掌握一定的房屋租赁、装修的知识

- 有团队管理经验
