职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、在店长的领导下，全面负责吧台生产制作，组织指挥；

2、负责确定吧台产品名称，计程表、制作步骤、成本及销售价格；
3、抓好食品质量，经常检查规格，保质保量、按时完成工作任务；控制食品成本，合理使用各种原材料，减少浪费，做到物尽其用；
4、发动吧台员挖掘饮料，研究新品种，按季节，据市场货源情况，适当更换零点；
5、根据各班级的特点编制工作时间表，检查员工的出勤情况；
6、负责定期组织吧台上技术课，组织对把进行业务培训考核；
7、负责拟定食品原料及餐具等的采购计划并上报经理审批；
8、执行食品卫生法，负责处理客人对产品投诉，把好出品质量关，符合规格标准；
9、定期总结饮料的经营情况，并提出新的要求和措施，确保服务质量的不断提高，满足客人的一切要求；
10、检查督导吧台的所有设备、物质、工具正确使用和科学管理。负责监督器具设备的安全使用，并保持清洁；


任职要求：

1.中专及以上文化程度，了解西餐厅酒吧及具有1-3年相关吧台经验。

2. 英语流利，待人接物，谈吐得当；能深刻理解“顾客至上，服务第一”的服务理念，并将其 作为店面管理之首坚持执行。

3. 能透彻理解公司核心经营理念和战略目标，并认真贯彻到实际工作中。

4. 对调酒、饮料等调制有丰富的专业经验。
