职位描述：
Plan weekly production schedule and monitor WIP and inventory. Release, manage, monitor, and close shop orders. Develop strong communication with production, engineer and planner and Quality issuance.

Generate the weekly production planning based on Master Planning Schedule, focus on capacity plan, overall equipment efficiency and HC utilization

Responsibilities:
1.Plans weekly production schedule based on MPS. Coordinates material planner, shift leader and manufacturing engineers to ensure machine capacity, manpower, and material availability to deliver to schedule.
根据月主生产计划安排每周的生产计划.协调物料计划员,生产主管及制造工程师以保证设备产能,人力产能及原材料供给满足计划的要求.
2.Coordinate with Team leaders and Workshop Managers to make sure On time delivery whatever process and products 与组长和车间主管、经理沟通，确保及时准确供货
3.Issues and closes shop orders to ensure smooth production to meet daily production requirements per MPS. 根据月主生产计划每天发放和关闭车间工单以保证平顺生产.
4.Maintain the shop order and in ERP system. 在ERP系统里维护车间工单
5.Monitors all in-house inventories including those under WIP, inspection, re-work, RMRA.
监控所有库存,包括在线品,检验,返工,及RMRA.
6.Provides regular reports on Production, WIP, inventory. 定期提供生产,在制品,库存的报告.
7.Coordinates with material planner to understand vendor/supplier status, and timely changes to the production schedule when necessary
与物料计划员协调以了解供应商的状态,在需要时及时改变生产计划.
8.Led by managers to fully implement correct actions in time including Quality, EHS, TPM.
在车间经理的领导下，确保质量、安全、TPM的执行。
9.Kaizen project leader in the process. 对应的Kaizen项目负责人。
10.Coordinate with Production Engineering to make sure Working Instruction, Safety Manual cover all work station.
与工艺工程师、现场工程师沟通，确保各岗位严格执行工作要求与安全要求。
11.Support quality improvement and control. 协助质量改善与控制。
12.Follow up position safety requirement. Attend EHS training timely. Attend accident investigation if required. Support shop CI project if needed.
遵守岗位安全要求，接受安全培训，参与事故调查，协助现场安全改善项目
13.Other tasks assigned by line manager.
完成部门领导安排的临时性工作
Qualifications:
1.College degree or above, with major in material management or manufactory preferred. Two years’ experience in production planning or manufactory or material management required. Knowledge of machining or mechanical manufacturing processes is preferred
大专及以上学历, 物料管理或制造专业尤佳.两年生产计划经验或制造,物料管理经验. 有机加工或对制造流程了解者优先.
2.Familiarity with ERP/SAP system
对ERP/SAP系统 熟悉.
3.Prefer experience in western company or JV
有外资公司或合资公司工作经验.
4.Good writing and speaking of English is required.
