1. 5年以上电子加工类工厂工作经验
5 more years’ experience in Electronics Company.
2. 大专及以以上学历。
College degree or above.
3. 熟悉计算机日常操作维护，熟练使用EXCEL、WORD、PPT、PDF及其编辑软件。
Be familiar with Windows office software(EXCEL、WORD、PPT、PDF and PDF editor, etc.)
4. 能够翻译并独立编写英文操作指导书,
Be able to translate English documents and write work instruction.
5. 熟悉新产品工艺流程及其关键控制点，能够独立解决新产品的问题。
Be able to handle NPI product, know well of NPI process and key control point.
6. 能够和多部门有效沟通，组织会议并展示报告（bilingual）。
Effective communication across departments, hold meeting and present report.

职位描述：
1. 根据产品组装工艺要求，分析改善制程，对生产线作业员给予指导
Well understanding of product’s assembly process, be able to analysis, improve the process, and teach operators.
2. 按照工程师的要求跟踪产品状态，提供生产需要的帮助（查BOM, 看图纸等）
Track the product status following engineer’s instruction, support production on checking BOM and drawings, etc.
3. 发现生产工艺问题，提出改善对策及预防措施。
Find process issues, work out improvement action and preventative action.
4. 和美国工程师沟通，汇报问题并商量解决对策。
Work with foreigner engineer on solutions.
5. 上级主管交代的其他工作。
