Key responsibility
1. Build long-term relationship and seek business opportunities with key customers through technical seminar, training support, and
high-quality service.
2. Organize exhibition activities to promote products and services.
3. Build an effective field sales team to cover designated areas within each Zone for the assigned product line(s),
4. Develop effective distribution channel and monitor dealer’s performance
5. Assure effective coverage of all areas with the combination of direct customer touch and indirect dealer channels.
6. Drive order and end-market sales to retails and hospitals to meet yearly sales quota.
7. Develop local sales leadership talents to fuel long term growth.
Requirements
1. Over 5 years of increasing responsibilities in healthcare field sales.
2. Healthcare distribution strategy and process, customer touch skills, direct and indirect distribution, effective presentation and negotiation, basic finance.
3. Business ethics and integrity.
4. Pleasant and outgoing personality.
5. Aggressive sales, people-oriented, well organized, self-motivated.
6. Willing to travel and drive results under pressure.
