Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with and under Recruitment Consultants in the recruitment process for their clients
Perform research in the talent market
Market survey of potential candidates for clients
Cold calling of candidates
Conducts reference checks and other pre-employment screening as applicable
Database management: updating, segmenting, uploading new CVs and appraisals into Company database
Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume review, candidate screening and interviewing
Assist in writing candidate reports for clients

Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in business/related field or equivalent experience Experience, Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Not afraid of making cold calls and talking with strangers
Enjoys working in an energetic professional environment
Fluent in Chinese and English languages
Strong organizational skills
Ability to influence
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Hungry to succeed.
Excellent customer service skills
