职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare payments by issuance check, wire transfer slip, e-banking or EDI and list of payment
approval.
Monitor daily cash out flow and staff's expense claim.
Prepare weekly bank balance report, monthly bank reconciliation, and monthly cash flow
forecast report.
Documents management in the field of cash flow, and foreign currency related SAFE and other
related documents.
Prepare quarterly SOX documentation on cash flow process.
Coordinate and assist external auditor for yearly auditing.
All other accounting management task as when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree of Finance and Accounting or above.
1-2 years above cashier experience in a multi-national manufacturing plant.
Able to read and write in English.
Excellent computer skills in spreadsheets and database (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skill and team work.
