工作职责：
1. 负责公司设备的维修工作，按维修单及时做好问题诊断与维修；
2. 按设备保养手册和设备说明书制订保养计划建议，并按计划实施保养工作；
3. 根据库存情况提交备件采购申购表，负责备件的验收与急购备件的提交；
4. 指导操作工完成设备使用及简单保养工作；
5. 做好日常设备的巡视检查工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患；
6. 负责根据备件消耗情况提交降耗及国产化建议，并逐步降低所管区域备件消耗；
7. 做好预防性保养、维护工作，降低本区域停机工时及设备原因造成的报废量；
8. 完成上级委派的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1. 中专或技校以上，机械专业优先
2. 有绕线机/点焊机/平衡机维修经验优先
3. 有国营、合资或私企工作经验优先
