职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Check the invoices from suppliers, input them to Fourth Shift & Navsion system timely and match goods receiving according to PO No.
2. Prepare related report: AP Aging Report, AP reconciliation report, AP weekly Report etc.
3. Monitors vendor statements and reconciles with vendors.
4. Expense bank payment voucher and related accrual reversal voucher preparation and input in Fourth Shift and Navsion system
5. Monthly reconcile and declare VAT for all BU.
6. Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
7. Prepare quarterly SOX documentation on AP process.
8. Coordinate and assist external auditor for yearly auditing.
9. All other accounting management task as and when required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree of Finance and Accounting or above ?
2. 1-2 years AP & GL experience in a multi-national manufacturing plant
3. Be familiar with PRC GAAP.
4. Familiar with ERP system ( Fourth Shift, SAP, Navision or equivalent preferred)
5. Able to read and write in English.
6. Excellent computer skills in spreadsheets and database (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access).
