职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Participate in preparing periodic financial reporting and closings
2.Monthly general ledger voucher review, accrual/prepaid expense or other outstanding balance review
3.Prepare and check general ledger postings to ensure timely and accurate entry into system
4.Prepare 5th day and 7th day reports for business units into HFM system timely
5.Prepare monthly expense report with detail analysis
6.Prepare monthly fixed assets report under PRC&US GAAP and be responsible in annual FA physical count.
7.Monitor and control capital spending and manage capital investment projects.
8.Handle intercompany balance check with all overseas sister companies every month
9.Assist reporting leader in budgeting and forecasting process
10.Coordinate and assist external auditor for yearly auditing
11.All other accounting management task as and when required
Qualifications:
1.College or above degree majored in Finance or Accounting
2.More than 3 years GL accounting experiences in a mult-national manufacturing company
3.Familiar with ERP system (Fourth Shift, navision, SAP or equivalent preferred)
4.Excellent computer skills in spreadsheets and database(Excel,Word, Powerpoint and Access)
5.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
6.Good communication skill and team work
7.Good command of English both writing and reading
