Main Responsibility:

Conduct full dimensional measurement for First Articles

对首样产品进行全尺寸测量

Sampling check production parts to fit shipping schedules;

对出货产品进行按抽样方案进行抽样检验

Communicate non-conformance items with sourcing engineering

和采购工程师和供应商沟通不良项目

Finish measurement reports

完成检验报告

Requirements:

High school or technical school with some mechanical training;

中专或技校以上机械专业学历

Minimum 3 years of mechanical parts inspector or assembly experience

至少3年机械零件的检验经验或者组装经验

Familiar with measuring equipment like caliper, height gauge, thread gauge, and CMM, etc.

熟悉测量工具，例如卡尺，高度规，螺纹规，投影仪，三座标等

Experienced in manufacturing technique like machining, stamping, die casting, sheet metal fabrication etc

熟悉机械制造工艺，例如机加工，冲压，铸造，板金等

Good communication skill

良好的沟通技巧

20-30% of traveling for on-site inspection
