职位描述：
The role of “Material Planner” has the following main elements, but is not limited to the listing below:


? Plan, control, order and coordinate production related material to support manufacturing process.
? Monitoring the material schedules. Study and update safety stock according to production plan.
? Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, to determine materials requirements, and material priorities.
? Work together with warehouse and purchasing department on materials status review and check accurate usage of production to prevent production shut down.
? Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
? Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments. Arrange for delivery, assembly in order to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.
? Work with purchasing to improve delivery times, performance of vendors and with engineering for quality improvements.
? Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes, in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
? Record production data, including volume produced consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.


Qualifications:
? Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering with good foundation in process and mechanics
? A background in supply chain
? Experience in Steel Industry or Non-Ferrous is a advantageous
? Workshop/On-site experience is an advantage
? Basic Knowledge about Logistics
? Computer Literate MS Office to include word and excel
? Proficient in SAP
? Solid working experience in foreign enterprise


Requirements:
? Fluent in English is a must (written and verbal)
? Good communication and organization skills
? Familiar with international standards, codes and regulations
? Multitask ability
