职位描述：
Responsibility:
Receive orders from customers
Process orders accurately and efficiently in SAP/assist Sun Chemical UK CSR to process local customer orders
Prepare the paper work for the import and export custom clearance
Co-ordinate the supply of orders in liaison with customers,freight carriers, warehouse and manufacturing locations, ensuring that customer orders are shipped and delivered in line with expectations
Deal with customers in professional, helpful and efficient manner
Ensure that customer data is accurately maintained in the SAP system
Review and updated safety stock and lead times are required
Respond effectively to changing priorities

Qualification:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to communicate both written and verbally in English
Able to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines
Good IT skills
Experience of ERP systems
