职位描述：
Responsibility 岗位职责：
 1. Organize inventory and fixed asset checking timely. 定期组织材料库存和固定资产盘点。
 2. GL accounting work， monthly tax claim. 协助财务经理完成总帐会计工作, 完成月度纳税申报。
 3. Responsible for raw material costing, entering related transaction vouchers. 负责材料成本核算，并录入相关凭证。
 4. Check the accounts payable regularly, including review purchase contracts, purchase orders, payment vouchers. 定期核对应付账款，包括采购合同、采购订单、付款凭证。"
 5. Responsible for entering cost data and other analysis data. 负责财务成本收入数据的统计工作。
 6. Assist to inventory management, such as stocktaking and year-end stock reconciliation etc.参与公司库存管理，如库存盘点、年度库存调节等。
 7. Responsible for preparing accounting vouchers according to PRC generally accepted accounting principles 负责日记账，明细账及总账的登记。
  8. Make an inventory of the stock at the end of each month, check whether monthly sales invoice number is in accordance with the products warehouse delivered out. 月末参与库存的盘点，并核对当月销售开票数量与仓库成品发出数量是否相符。"
 9. ERP related data input. ERP相关模块的数据录入。
 10.Timely bind and archive AP vouchers and related AP reports. 及时地装订和存档应付账款的会计凭证以及相应的应付帐款报告。

Work Tasks 工作任务：
 1. Verification of warehouse paper. 审核仓库单据。
 2. Confirmation of price of scrapped parts. 废品销售价格确认。
 3. Check suppliers and book into AP system. 供应商发票核对并录入系统。
 4. Calculation of parts cost and enter into system. 成本计算并录入系统。
 5. Stock-counting cooperation. 仓库盘点合作。
 6. Stock list weekly. 每周存货清单。
 7. Receive payment documents/invoices from supplier and booked into AP modules timely. 收到供应商的发票并及时在应付账款模块系统记账。
 8. Labor and overhead collection & allocation. 人工，制造费用归集与分配。
 9. Production Cost and COGs calculation. 制造成本计算以及销货成本结转。
 10. Scrap Cost calculation. 报废报表分析。
 11. Filing of own vouchers. 负责自己编制的凭证装订。
 12. Update the bookkeeping records on accounting software monthly. 完成会计系统会计分录。
 13. Other assignments from supervisor.其他主管分配的工作。

Requirement任职资格：
 1. Bachelor degree in accounting/finance,3 years experience. 大专或本科学历，会计专业 3年以上工作经验。
 2. Certification of accounting professional 会计从业资格证书。
 3. Familiar with Kingdee system and Microsoft Office. 熟悉金蝶及微软办公软件。
 4. Good typing skills and computer operation in MS office. 熟练使用办公自动化软件。
