General Ambition
VICODA is a subsidiary of LISEGA Group. VICODA’s business development in China will be operated by LISEGA PST, the subsidiary of LISEGA Group which is registered in China.
The business activities of VICODA are:
Vibration control technology i.e. products and solutions to reduce unwanted vibrations addressing industries from plant engineering over civil engineering (buildings) to seismic protection, bridges, railways, subways, and so on.

Job Description
-Follow the related projects in China market, especially the big and typical projects, visit key design institutes and sstem integrators/big OEM customers and achieve VICODA sales target;
-Timely achieve the VICODA related cash collection target;
-Identify and build good relationship with key customers such as design institute, system integrities, end-users to support business growth;
-New industry customer development and sales channel development;
-Pro-active project follow-up, timely project update and proper written reporting;
-In charge of project bidding and contract follow-up;
-Proper order coordination to ensure the execution smoothly to satisfy the customer;
-Support to develop and implement marketing program to achieve the segment business goal;
-Responsible for application and in-depth technical support for driving the VICODA business;
-Coordinate and communicate well with other segments’ sales persons and other function dept.s in the company;
-Develop training curriculum and provide application training to other segments’ sales persons and channels;
-Support & participate new product developing project proposals.

Key Requirements
-Bachelor degree and major in engineering related, such as electrical engineering, power engineering, etc., the best is major in vibration control related;
- Minimum 5+ years sales or project management experience in related business or equivalent industry;
-Technical / civil engineering background or alternative strong product know how;
-Sales experience in the vibration control related products will be preferred;
-Strong interpersonal communication skills so as to effectively work with internal and external customers;
-Strong negotiation skills;
-Understanding of technical specifications and commercial terms and conditions;
-Sales experience and network in some of the sectors - power plant, petrochemical and infrastructures such as subway, high-rise building and bridge construction will be the priority.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools;
