职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
? Monitor random classes on our US and CN server and report anomalies
? Daily check the monitor tools
? Escalate any abnormally during observation to Project Manager
? Proceed to follow up calls with students who experienced issues during their class
? Conduct survey phone calls
? Provide reports
? Any other task which can help in supporting the roll out of the Virtual Classroom

Personal and Professional Skills:
? Highly patient, responsible and self-motivated
? Can-do attitude and problem solving approach
? Excellent interpersonal communication and working well in an international team environment
? Strong internet knowledge preferred and good skill with Microsoft Office
? Well-organized and able to work under pressure
? Fluent in English, both speaking and writing

Education and Experiences:
? University Graduate looking for a long term internship
? Computer science background preferred
? Good knowledge on SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS., webservices is a plus but not mandatory 举报 分享
