Responsibility

1.Ensure BOM up-to-date with most recent engineering changes

确保物料清单根据工程变化保持即时更新;

2.Maintain and validate movements of raw material, WIP and finished goods as well as inventory section reconciliation of balance sheet.

维护并对原料走势进行验证，对制品和成品的库存进行资产负债表部分的整合;

3.Capex list tracking and fixed assets management.

固定资产管理及跟踪资本性支出

4.Conduct monthly quarterly and annual stocktaking together with Logistics & Warehouse and prepare variance analysis.

协同物流及仓库同事进行月度、季度和年度库存盘点，并进行差异分析;

5.Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing of ERP QAD module, including related entries & adjustments.

确保及时和准确运用QAD关帐，包括相关分录的调整;

6.Support on internal / external auditing. Follow internal controls to process accounts and transactions.

支持内部/外部审计。 遵守内部控制对会计处理的要求。

7.Support on monthly financial reporting and analysis

每月进行财务报告和报表分析；

8.Support on financial year end standard cost update

参与财政年度标准成本更新；

9.Ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager;

完成由财务经理安排的其他特设工作;

Requirements:

1.Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;

诚信，诚实，并具备良好的沟通技巧;

2.Quick learning, good English ability, Proficient in Microsoft Excel skill;

学习能力强，良好的英语能力，精通数据表操作;

3.Can work in high pressure;

能够成熟处理工作中产生的压力;

4.Self-motivated, result oriented.

自我激励，结果导向。

Education and skill requirements:

1.College degree or above, major in accounting and finance or related;

大专以上学历，会计或财务等相关专业毕业;

2.Above 1 year manufacturing cost working experience in auto industry, safe products related and workshop production statistician preferred.

3.1年以上成本工作经验，有汽车行业安全产品或车间核算员相关经验者优先考虑;

4.Experienced in ERP environment.

熟练使用ERP；

5.Good command of English, both reading and written.

英文读写能力俱佳者优先考虑；

6.Good at analysis, organized, proactive and responsible；

擅长数据分析，组织能力强，积极主动，责任感强；

7.Good presentation and communication skills；

良好的表达和沟通技巧；

8.Has engineering background is preferred.

具有工程背景者优先；
