International Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1) Support sales co-workers on preparing sales contract and processing purchase orders from the customers. Help to make basic quotations to the customers under the supervision of sales manager.

2) Coordinate with finance staff for collecting the payments from customers on time.

3) Support sales manager on administrative activities of the department to ensure a smooth flow of the operating processes.

4) Answer routine product questions and directs questions to appropriate personnel when necessary.

5) Maintain and manage sales contract, agreement and other relevant documents.

6) Coordinate with logistics staff for each PO status follow-ups including delivery, international shipping etc. and notify customers on demand.

7) Routine data entry of daily customer inquiries. Sort out customer profile and file into the company database. Process sales data and prepare sales related statistic records and reports required by the sales manager.

8) Other duties as assigned by sales manager.

Job Qualifications

1) Bachelor degree. Basic knowledge of international trading.

2) Excellent telephone skills and computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power point) with proficiency in database management.

3) Demonstrated proficiency composing written communications.

4) Well organized, highly dependable, meticulous, efficient and detail oriented.

5) Good interpersonal, Communication skills. Team player and open-minded.

6) A good knowledge of website ranking optimization would be advantageous.

7) Experience in planar design or marketing is desirable.

8) Fluent in English, both in written and oral. English requirements: at least CET-6. A good command of Spanish would be a plus.
