1. Develop process for new project and take lead to control all steps of project in operations department. Develop manufacturing documents (such as flow chart, P-FMEA, working instruction, control plan,etc)

为新项目开发生产过程，并协调在运营部内的所有项目进程。编写制造用的文件（例如流程图，PFMEA,作业指导书，控制计划等）

2. Control and optimize process in order to improve the production efficiency, quality and safety. Continuous improvement for each problem of process.

过程控制及优化，以提高生产效率, 质量和安全。持续改进每个过程中出现的问题

3. Analysis the production data to solve the daily production problem timely.

及时分析生产数据，解决日常生产问题

4. Analysis of production capacity and generate improvement actions with other function department

与其他部门一起分析产能以及制定改善措施

5. Plan and coordinate the activities with respect to development of tools and fixtures required

规划和协调相关工具和夹具的开发制作

6. Implement lean manufacturing at workshop

在车间实施精益生产

7. Others job assigned by management

Necessary requirements 必须具备的要求

1. Bachelor degree of electronic or electric

大学本科以上学历，电子或电器专业

2. At least 4 years working experience. At least 2 years’ experience of process control in manufacturing electronics of a JV or foreign WO

至少4年工作经验，有在合资或外资电子制造企业至少2年的过程控制经验。

3. Experience in automotive area is preferred. Good coordinate skill, communication skill. Self-motivated and independent

有汽车行业相关工作经验者优先。良好的沟通合作技巧，上进心强，独立工作能力。

4. Experience with quality methodologies and tools. Project management experience is preferred

有运用质量方法和工具的经验，有项目管理经验者优先

5. Familiar with FMEA, MSA, PPAP. Basic knowledge in TS16949

熟悉FMEA,MSA,PPAP，具备TS16949的基础知识

6. Good oral and written English.

英文口语及写作能力良好

7. Familiar with office software(Windows, MS office, MS project, AutoCAD)
