1. develop process for new project and take lead to control all steps of project in operations department. Develop manufacturing documents(such as flow chart, P-FMEA, working instruction, control plan,etc)
2. Control and optimize process in order to improve the production efficiency, quality and safety. Continous improvement for each problem of process
3. Analysis the production data to solve the daily production problem timely
4. analysis of production capacity and generate improvement actions with other function department
5. Plan and coordinate the activities with respect to development of tools and fixtures required
6. Implement lean manufacturing at workshop
7. Cooperate with production dept implement training in case of any engineering changes in production line
8. Others job assigned by management

1. Bachelor degree of electronic or mechanical
2. At least 2-3 years working experience. At least 2 years experience of process control in a JV or foreign WO
3. Experience in electronics or automotive area is prefered.. Good coordinate skill, communication skill.
4. Self-motivated and independent
5. Experience with quality methodologies and tools. Project management experience is preferred
6. Familiar with FMEA,MSA,PPAP. Basic knowledge in TS16949
7. Good oral and written English.
