1. Monitoring and control of project to make sure product quality fulfill customer requirements in product development and serial production phase to improve customer satisfaction.

2. To support project team in new product development phase;

3. To be customer window for audit, communication, customer's special requirement, etc.

4. Take lead to deal with production nonconforming product, internal quality issue, CLR, WR.
主导量产前后的内部产线质量改进，主导客户零公里和售后投诉的处理。
5. To analysis the quality data and contribute on quality continuous improvement.
分析内部质量数据，并用于进行质量提升。
6. To support production department to solve process issue.
协助生产部门完成问题解决。
7. Write inspection work instruction according to relevant technology documents or international or national standards.
根据相关技术规范，客户标准，国家标准，制定作业指导书。
8. To train and support IPQC on inspection, measurement and testing.
培训和帮助IPQC进行相关检查，测量和测试。
Necessary requirements

1. Bachelor degree of engineering or science degree.
大学本科，工科背景
2. Good ability of oral and written English
口语流利，可正常读写英文
3. Over 2 years work experience for quality assurance in automobile Electronic Company;
两年汽车行业质量要求
4. Experienced in both SMT process;
有SMT和组装线经验
5. Strong quality sense and familiar with QC 7 tools, SPC, etc.

6. Have basic knowledge of TS 16949 or QS9000;
