职位描述
Be responsible for introducing new project to production. Focus on developing the production test equipments to achieve superior quality of product in production.
Major Responsibilities
1. Design test equipment specification to identify the functionality of test equipment, to ensure optimum test performance, to minimum test time, and to make sure the efficiency of test process.
2. Support project manager to get quote of test equipment for investment budget in project acquisition phase.
3. Facilitate the activities of preparing test equipment quotation based on agreed test strategies and specifications. Evaluate and source test equipment suppliers in terms of technical capability, price, lead-time and quality.
4. Trigger Purchase Request Form and follow up the Purchase Order approval process.
5. Produce and maintain test equipment timing plans to ensure the delivery time of test equipments meet project milestone.
6. Conduct acceptance verification test when the test equipments are available in production line.
7. Optimize and improve the performance of test equipment to achieve the goal of cycle time, FPY and down time requirements.
8. Calibration, measurement system analysis, risk assessment, maintenance schedule, spare parts.
Key Competencies
1. Fluent in English and Chinese.
2. Automotive electronic product knowledge.
3. Experience in production test equipments.
4. Familiar with manufacturing process.
5. Knowledge of In-Circuit Test, Functional Test and Flash Station.
6. Experience in project management skill.
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics engineering or equivalent academic credentials.
2. At least two years experience in manufacture testing in automotive industries.
