Job Description岗位描述
1. 3D design of devices, assemblies and components in compliance with customer requirements and production / cost conditions;
3D设计，满足客户的要求和产品、费用条件；
2. Design of innovative solutions and Discussion of specified requirements with customers;
创新的设计方案和客户要求的讨论；
3. Responsible for the release of design data (3D,2D drawing, BOM, Specification ) in PDM system;
负责把设计资料用PDM系统发布；
4. Responsible for design release of components and product according to Hella standard;
根据海拉的标准负责的设计和生产零件的责任；
5. Support DV, PV planning;
支持DV、PV规划；
6. Other job assigned by Department Manager.
部门经理安排的其他工作。
Necessary Requirements 任职资格
1. University Degree or above in ME, Plastic design experience and knowledge in plastic tools is your plus;
大学学历机械专业，最好具备塑料设计经验和知识；
2. Skilled in at least one of the following 3D software, CATIA, ProE, UG;
至少能够掌握一个三维软件，CATIA，ProE， UG；
3. Familiar with automotive product development, automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP;
熟悉汽车生产的开发，汽车开发过程，比如APQP和PPAP；
4. Familiar with automotive Quality standards like QS 9000,TS 16949;
熟悉汽车质量标准，比如QS9000，TS16949；
5. Professional PC experience (MS Office 2000, Lotus Notes, Internet);
具有专业的PC经验（MS Office 2000, Lotus Notes, Internet）；
6. Proficient in English language. German language skill would be your plus but not necessary.
熟练的英语，另外会一点德语，但不是必要的条件。

1. Good communication and presentation skills;
有较好的沟通和表达技能；
2. Strong learning Skills.
