A: Project Management 项目管理
1. Agreement and definition of technical requirements with the customer in the form of defined project descriptions
与客户一起定义技术需求,并以项目说明书的形式与客户就技术需求达成一致。
2. Agreement of targets concerning quality, costs and timing with the client, taking existing procedures and methods into account, in agreement with the positions responsible or superior
经责任人或者主管的同意,采用已有程序和方法与客户就质量、成本和时间达成一致。
3. Planning internal and external capacities and involvement in the nomination of team members, taking into account individual potentials and competence; defining and assigning the work packages and planning gate deadlines using the documented basic TtM procedures
根据个人的潜力和能力,规划内部和外部资源,参与项目成员的提名; 定义和分配工作包,依据TtM 流程规划及确定工作包完成的最后期限。
4. Defining, planning, coordination and monitoring development tasks within a project team, using prescribed methods and systems (including the TtM process);involvement of internal and external services if required, taking economic, quality-related and scheduling aspects into account
项目团队内部定义、计划、协调和监控项目发展:用规定的方法和系统(包括TtM系统),如果需要内外部服务参与,需要考虑经济、质量和时间计划。
5. Recording project status, taking into account continual processing and interpretation of internal and external information; monitoring the project workflow and deciding on corresponding measures, in agreement with the superior if necessary, in the case of deviations or changes to target specifications
根据项目状态,持续处理和解释内外部信息;监控项目流程,给出相应解决方案(如有必要需要经主管批准),以防目标规格出现偏差和变更。
6. Guaranteeing systematic relationships to internal and external clients and to the specialist departments/positions to be integrated.
保障内部和外部客户与各对应部门之间的系统关系。
7. Carrying out project controlling in the form of reviews (concluding and intermediate reports) with the clients on the basis of agreed quality, cost and scheduling targets;
在已达成的质量、成本和日程目标的基础上,同客户开展项目评审会(终期和中期汇报)。
8. Involvement in and/or implementing defined escalation scenarios when deviations from targets occur; illustration existing alternative solutions in agreement with the development, sales, production and service units involved
在项目进程目标变更时提出升级方案。在研发、销售、生产以及相关部门认可的情况下,向顾客展示已有替代方案。
9. Making make or buy decisions within the framework of development project (Operating and testing equipment etc.) in cooperation with Project Purchasing/ the project team in agreement with the superior, making the suppliers' know-how useful within the framework of prescribed standards
在项目发展框架内与采购相互协调,经主管同意后做出自生产或外购的决定。需确保供应商的技术符合规定标准。
10. Ensuring that defined technical standards are met within the framework of development, integrating preliminary development and producion engineering to agree product concepts and technological alternatives.
保证已有的技术标准符合发展框架,初步综合研发和生产以满足产品理念和技术的变更。

B: Drawing up design solutions for complete devices, assemblies and components 备、装配及零部件的绘图
1. Drawing up design solutions, taking into account functional, material-related, production engineering and economical aspects; working out selected designs for detailing
综合考虑功能、材料、生产和经济各方面设计方案。挑选设计方案并细化。
2. Agreeing new or changed designs over the whole design process (Quotation, concept and detailing phase) with those involved such as process planning, quality planning, design and laboratory, in agreement with the superior if appropriate
经主管许可,在整体设计以及相关的流程计划、质量计划、设计和试验过程中(报价、构思和细化状态下)批准新设计方案或做出变更。
3. Carrying out and arranging detailing work for devices, assemblies and parts; drawing up 3D documents, preparing the (design) FMEA, taking customer requirements into account
执行并安排设备、装配和零部件的详细工作;按照客户需要绘制3D图,准备(设计)FMEA。
4. Arranging for testes (Mechanical , mechatronic , photometric, thermal) on sample devices; integrating the results in design.
安排样品测试(包括机械、电气、光学、热学等性能),根据测试结果对设计做出相应改进。
5. Carrying out other tasks related to this position

Necessary requirement 任职资格
1. Professional PC experience (MS office, Lotus Notes, Internet)
熟练使用计算机(包括MS Office 2000,Lotus Notes,Internet等)。
2. Proficient in English language, German language would be your plus but not necessary.
英语流利。拥有德语技能更佳,但非必备。
3. At least 3 years project management experience in automotive industry
至少3年汽车工业领域项目管理经验。
4. Familiar in plastic part design and tooling
熟悉塑料零件设计和模具相关知识。
Additional requirements 附加要求
1. Good communication and presentation skills to customer
较强的与客户沟通和展示报告的能力。
2. Strong learning skills
较强的学习能力。
3. Familiar in catia V5 would be a plus but not necessary
熟悉Catia V5更佳,但非必需。
