Job description岗位描述
1. Analyzing customer test requirements, to develop proper test methods for validation of product;
分析客户规范, 制定相应的试验规范和试验方法
2. Create and manage the validation test documentation according to customer & Hella requirements;
根据客户规范和海拉规范,制定和管理有关试验的所有文件
3. According to the project schedule to arrange the test schedule and lab sourcing in time
根据项目计划,及时安排好试验计划和实验室资源
4. Perform the tests, Evaluate and Analyze the test result and edit the test report;
执行试验,分析和评价试验结果并出具相应的试验报告
5. Support project manager to finish the project quotation;
支持项目经理完成项目报价
6. Close co-operation with project development team and HKG colleague;
与项目组成员和德国同事密切合作
7. Support with fault analysis at all stages of product life cycle.
负责对产品的整个生命周期内的不良分析
8. Other job assigned by Department Manager

Necessary requirements 任职资格
1. Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering (or higher) or equivalent;
机械工程类本科毕业(或更高)或同等学历
2. 2 years of experiences in test activity of mechanical or electrical products (preferable for automotive products);
两年以上机械产品或电子产品测试经验(汽车行业优先)
3. Good English in listening, speaking, writing
英语听说写良好
4. Ability to work in a team environment
团队合作精神
5. Honest and good communication skill
