Job Description 岗位描述
1 SMT equipment programming, maintenance, troubleshooting & calibration especially for printer and reflow
2 To standardize and continuously improve the equipment preventive maintenance system
3 To participate in equipment qualification, prepare equipment WI and implement training
4 Act as a core team member in continuous improvement projects
5 To support Manufacture Engineer for new project sample building
6 Be familiar with TPM,MTBF,MTTR,FMEA,SPC,etc, base on these tools to identify improvement opportunities and managing improvement action schedule
7 Responsible for individual product reflow profile definition and regular test

Necessary requirements 必须具备的要求
1 Bachelor degree of electronic or electric
2 At least 4 years working experience in SMT
3 Experience in electronics or automotive area is preferred
4 Experience in reflow oven, printer is a must, familiar with SMT reflow oven or Dek printer will be a plus
5 Good coordinate and communication skill.
6 Experience in quality methodologies and tools
7 Familiar with TPM,MTBF,MTTR,FMEA,SPC
8 Strong self-motivation and team work spirit
9 Good oral and written in English.

Familiar with office software (MS office)
