Job Description

1. 设备日常维护Equipment regular maintenance

2. 负责设备的正常运行，设备故障及时维修、上报Sustain production line normal production, equipment troubleshooting and problems escalate

3. 负责对生产线作业员培训、提升生产线作业员的操作技能Responsible to improve operator job skill through continuous training

4. 协助工程师处理异常，收集数据Assist Engineer solve equipment problem, make equipment and process statistic

5. 监控SMT生产线品质 Monitor and improve SMT production line quality

6. 物料损耗的控制及改进 Material reject rate control and improvement

Necessary requirements

1. 具备相关工作经验3年以上 At least 3 years SMT technical work experience

2. 熟悉SMT相关工艺流程 Familiar with SMT process

3. 熟悉DEK印刷机，NXT贴片机的操作、维护和保养Plenty of operate, maintenance, troubleshooting experience for Dek printer，NXT placement machine

4. 熟悉回流炉的操作、维护和保养，会测试炉温曲线Plenty of operate ,maintenance, troubleshooting experience for Reflow oven, capable for reflow oven profile test

5. 能适应翻班工作制Can adapt turns the shift working

Additional requirements　附加要求

熟悉欧姆龙（Omron）AOI编程和程序优化的优先

Capable for Omron AOI programming and program optimization will be preferred
