1. Project Development timing/budget planning setup and tracking.
建立和维护项目研发时间计划和预算。
2. Supports sales and Project manager on development cost and timing for the acquisition project.
支持销售和项目经理做项目报价基于研发的费用和时间。
3. Write the Statement Of Work for development team.
制定研发的团队工作包。
4. Successful lead a cross development team to execute the design on cost, on time and on quality according to Hella Procedure.

5. Timely report project development statues in project review meeting.
在项目会上汇报项目研发的状态。
6. Responsible and Preparing for the internal Design release.

Necessary requirements 任职资格
1. Professional PC experience (MS office, Lotus Notes, Internet).
熟练的使用办公软件。
2. Engineering education background in electronics.

3. More than three years design experience in the automotive SW or HW;
至少三年的汽车行业软件和硬件设计经验。
4. Familiar with automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP and Quality standards like QS9000, TS16949.
熟悉汽车行业的开发、项目流程和体系标准。
5. Good in English using; good at communication and coordination skill;
很好的英语能力；很好的沟通和协调能力。
6. Open mind and team work spirit.
