1.in charge of sales in coffee shop
2.making detailed year plan according to business target, and guarantee the achivement of the goal
3.carry out promotion plan, and send to related departments
4.collect and analyse related market info, and report
5.in charge of management work in the shop
6.be in charge of staff allocation, work time check, etc in the shop
7.check outlook, service attitude of the staff
8.check the implementation of rules/regulations, etc.
9.in charge of training of new staff
10.in charge of customer service and customer complaint
11.in charge of cost control of materials
12.in charge of supplier control of materials

1.strong eager for business and responsibilities
2.special operation insight, advanced management philosophy, control modern company management method, have deep understanding of service company
3.experiences in shop management in terms of cost analysis and staff training
4.management experiences of related marketing, chain operation
5.reliable,and warm service attitude
6.Ability to market and promote venues to local and international clientele.
7.A fun outgoing personality able to interact effectively with our customer base and deliver genuine and memorable service.
