1） Deliver high-quality NGS pipeline development and bioinformatics technical and project services to our pharma research customers.
完成NGS分析流程的开发和生物信息学项目，为制药研发客户提供高质量的服务
2） Advise customers and design solutions for pharmaceutical bioinformatics research.
为客户提供生物信息学方面的专业建议和方案
3） Design and build Unix-based scripts and programs using R, Perl, and Python.

4） Implement applications to access and manage MySQL or other databases
访问和管理MySQL和其他数据库
5） Productively and independently plan and deliver projects to satisfy customer requirements.
高效独立地制定计划并完成满足客户要求的项目
6） Research and document scientists’ application requirements.
整理记录并分析客户的需求
7） Build and test scripts and small applications to ensure reliability and good performance.

8） Document systems and design user training to ensure adoption and effective usage.

9） Collaborate smoothly with members of the customer’s local informatics team and contractors.

10） Work under the direction of our management to satisfy the needs of customers’ senior informatics staff, who will review project goals and implementations.

Qualifications
任职要求
1） Experience with bioinformatics technologies such as Next-Generation Sequencing data analysis, Exome sequence, RNA-seq and SNP array.
具备NGS数据分析，Exome序列分析，RNA-seq和SNP array数据分析的经验
2） Experience with RNA-seq data analysis and alignment algorithms such as TopHat, STAR and Cufflinks
具备使用TopHat, STAR和Cufflinks进行RNA序列分析和比对的经验
3） Strong experience and skill with Unix-based computer systems and languages.
熟练使用Unix系统及其相关的语言
4） Experience working with MySQL and relational database technologies.
具备MySQL和相关数据库的管理经验
5） Experience designing and delivering projects in R, PERL and Python.
能够利用R, Perl和Python语言完成项目交付
6） Working knowledge of C, C++, Java, or related programming languages desirable.
具备利用C, C++, Java和相关语言编程的技能
7） Understand the pharma R&D and software development process to interact with customers and other team members.
能够与客户和团队成员合作，了解药物研发和软件开发流程
8） Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or bioinformatics, with some education or experience in life sciences, such as biology or computational biology.
具有生物信息学或计算机科学相关的本科、硕士学位或者同等学力
9） Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
英语和普通话书写口头表达流利
10） Able to work independently to analyze customer requirements and design solutions.
