职位描述：
A. To manage the team and ensure the smooth running of product development and of orders both in terms of merchandising follow-up and quality/technical requirements
管理团队，确保依据采购及质量和技术要求有效下单
B. To guide the team and ensure the development of potentials
指导团队，挖掘其潜能
C. To ensure that the best conditions – price, quality, deadline…- have been negotiated and respected
进行有效的谈判，确保达成价格、质量、交货期等的最优条件
D. To solve any claims issues on Orsay orders
解决有关欧赛订单方面的投诉事件
E. To source for new suppliers to reinforce the suppliers’ portfolio
开发新的供货商，增加有效供货商的数量
F. To ensure the respect of our ethical values and quality standards by all suppliers
保证所有供货商严格遵守我们的商业道德和质量标准
G. To train up new merchandising comers
培训新来的采购员
H. To build and maintain solid working relationship and communication flow with all key vendors, HO, connected offices and all other supply chain partners
与买手、总公司及所有的供应链合作伙伴建立并保持良好的工作关系及信息沟通
I. To ensure that overall headcount, staff skill level and organization structure is appropriate and effective in order to support relevant business needs of the office. Develop team members, monitor loading levels and drive necessary arrangements.
确保团队人数、人员技术水平以及正确有效的组织构架以便支持相关的业务需求，发展团队人员，监控工作量以及做出必要的安排
J. To report to the Head of Trade on a weekly basis and give feedback by generating FIT reports with key data/information
更新FIT周报告，每周定期向业务总监汇报工作进展
K. To be assigned on all specific missions as required by Managing Director, ex: buyers trips organization
其他执行总监布置的工作， 例如：组织安排买手的差旅事宜

Requirements:
A. At least 10 years' garment merchandising experience;
B. Experience in both knit & woven;
C. Sourcing office experience is a must;
D. Detail-oriented; Hardworking, good team management and communication skills;
