1. Call on and build relationships at the Chinese OEs and tier 1 customers. Analyze the Chinese OE’s and develop profiles of each manufacturer including: Key decision makers.
拜访中国汽车制造商,建立良好的客户关系,研究中国汽车制造商并熟悉客户组织架构,找出主要决策者。
2. Drivers of their sourcing process, Issues with current suppliers, Future vehicle launches, Opportunities for future net new sales. Assess opportunities, develop and execute a strategy to meet and exceed aggressive global profitable growth objectives.
了解客户采购流程,现有供应商链,新车研发平台以及未来可能出现的合作机会。评估机会,制定并执行策略,以满足和超过公司盈利增长目标
3. Competitor’s analysis. 竞争对手分析
4. Taking necessary actions to strengthen existing markets and identifies new market opportunities according the company strategy and the new business and projects and feasibility analysis
巩固已有市场并在公司指导下拓展开发新市场,新业务及新项目的可行性分析
5. Responsible for the customer marketing surveys, sales strategy, sales planning (volume)
负责所属客户的市场调研,销售战略,销售计划
6. Developing relationships within target customers at all levels including purchasing and product planning functions. Providing technical supports and dealing with the feedback or other issues from end-users and distributors
协调与目标客户间的关系,包括采购、产品计划结构;给予客户技术支持并负责客户反馈意见的处理。
7. Responsible for sales contract and receivable 负责销售合同及销售款回收
8. As the representative of company to communicate with customer regarding commercial issue a support to other departments for customer communication
作为公司的代表与客户就商务条款进行相应的沟通并支持其他部门与客户进行沟通
9. Involve for department budget (sales volumes, sales price, and new opportunity)
负责公司的预算工作(销售额,销售价格,新销售机会)
10. Analyze status of customer business and causes, Commercial documents management.
分析客户业务情况及原因,商务文件管理。
职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or automotive engineering is preferred
本科以上学历,机械或汽车工程专业优先
2. At least 5 years working experience with automotive industry and 2 years in management level is a major advantage 至少 5 年以上汽车行业背景,2 年以上管理经验者优先
3. Good technical knowledge of related products and automotive technology
良好的汽车工艺及产品知识
4. Experience in automotive system is a plus
有汽车行业经验者优先
5. Good business/commercial sense and skill

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, willing to travel
