主要职责-列出主要工作任务 Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:
1) Daily cash management on China Regional level
2) Enhancing and developing a corporate cash management system
3) Ensuring daily/weekly/monthly/ cash position
4) Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds
5) Ensures that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and investment requirements
6) Usage of FX and interest rate hedging as required
7) Maintains Group banking relationships
8) Arrange for equity and debt financing
9) Follow-up of established loan facilities and bank’s required reporting (covenants)
10) Management reporting of relevant Treasury & Banking related KPI’s
11) Advises management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning
12) Oversees the extension of credit to customers
13) Responsible for setting up and maintaining a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
14) Defines Treasury & Banking strategy and ensure execution of road map (global)
15) Consistently enhances the Treasury contributions resulting in reduced costs and/or increased revenues or profits
16) Advises on the organization’s fundraising strategy
17) Ensures fundraising and sales complies with relevant legislation and is bound by effective financial systems and controls
18) Utilize financial tools to minimize the interest cost when using the funds
19) Forecast and manage the cash flow forecast for both OPEX and CAPEX payment
20) Set up the cash pooling with zero balance and maximum the fund sourcing for both China Region and support to group (cross board lending etc.)

学历与经验Education and Experience:
正规统招大学财务、金融管理或相关本科学历以上。
Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Finance management , Management Engineering or Engineering.
具有国际公司资金和财务管理岗位至少5年以上的经验。
