职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. New PO confirmation with vendors
2. Existing PO revision
3. Vendor on time booking & shipping tracking and monitoring
4. Communicate with RO sourcing team about vendor shipment delay
5. Coordinate between vendor and freight forwarder if needed for operational issue
6. Daily communicate with US office about PO and shipment related issue
7. PO management report update and maintenance
8. VFI & GT-Nexus system update

Job Requirements:
1. College degree, 3 years working experience in ocean shipping
2. Good verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin;
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office
4. Strong sense of responsibility, supportive and good team player, independent
5. Attention to detail
