职位描述：
Responsible for order management, shipment, and inventory management.

Responsibilities：
1.Provide sales support for all internal and external Finisar sales managers and outside sales representatives.
2.Responsible for communicating order confirmation, shipment and delivery schedules.
3.Liaison between Sales/Marketing and Planning/Production
4.Receiving up to date information about time schedules for product delivery
5.Coordinating all sales support for new and existing customers.
6.Communicating with Credit Department
7.Trouble shooting all Customer inquiries and Order Administration

Requirements：
1.Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
2.Ability to work independently and as part of international sales teams.
3.More than 3 years' Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, or Sales Administration experience.
4.Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high energy, interrupt driven environment.
5.Energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and spark.
6.High level of productivity.
7.Bachelor degree preferred.
8.Languages required: Mandarin and English. Italian, German or Japanese languages would be beneficial. 举报 分享
