职位描述：
Job Responsibilities

Zai Laboratory seeks individuals with experience in Molecular Biology and/or Protein Biochemistry to provide scientific and technical support in its internal discovery programs in cancer and autoimmune diseases. Scientist in this role will work closely with in vitro and in vivo pharmacology.
Specific responsibilities include:

? Work independently or as a team member in a specific project-relevant area.
? Perform construct design, molecular cloning, small scale protein expression and affinity purification
? Support antibody phage library construction and antibody selection
? Culture and maintain cell cultures for protein expression
? Interpret, analyze, trouble-shooting results
? Present data to management and team
? Communicate with external research groups.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

? MS or PhD in relevant area of research.
? Background knowledge in molecular biology and protein purification is mandatory.
? Experience in phage display and antibody selection and screening is highly desired.
? Experience with cell culture, transfection, antibody discovery is preferred
? Experience in in vitro assay development is desired
? Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills and capability to multi-task is essential.
? Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are required. 举报 分享
