工作要求Job Requirements

1. 大学本科以上(含本科)学历,机械,机电,材料,汽车等相关专业
Bachelor’s degree and above (bachelor included), majoring in mechanics, electro mechanics, material, automotive etc.
2. 3 年以上汽车行业产品开发设计经验, 具有门锁、铰链经验优先。
More than 3 years product design/development experience in automotive industry，Latch and hinge is preferred:
3. 熟练掌握机械理论知识
Strong Knowledge on mechanical theory
4. 熟悉注塑，冲压，机加工的生产过程
Strong Knowledge on molding, stamping and machining process
5. 熟练使用Catia或UG软件
Skilled in Catia or UG software
6. 具备良好的GD&T知识
Good GD&T knowledge
7. 良好的分析及解决问题的能力 (思路要清晰)
Problem analyzing and solving abilities(clear-minded)
8. 良好的英语听说读写译能力；
Good oral and written in English

 工作职责及内容 Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for setup of detailed technical specifications，testing specification
负责建立详细的技术规范,测试规范
2. Be responsible for technical communications with customer and suppliers
负责和客户和供应商的技术交流
3. Be responsible for product design review
负责产品设计评审
4. Be responsible for sample building
支持样品制作
5. Be responsible for approval of sub-components
负责供应商的零件认可
6. Be responsible for OTS sampling and approval with customers
负责OTS 交样和客户报告的提交和认可
