Job Description & Duties:

？ Responsible for process and working place evaluating as well as designing;
？ Ability to independently set up Labor Quota within direct and indirect workers’ database under guidance of an experienced leader;
？ Responsible for writing project report not only in Chinese but also in English;
？ Conduct MTM-training tasks under guidance of an experienced MTM-Instructor after finishing a period of successful MTM training.
？ Assistance to market development.
 
Education Requirements:
？ Master or above in Industrial Engineering or related area.
 
Position Requirements:
？ At least 3 years working experience in lean production management;
？ Proficiency in English language (verbal & written);
？ Good coordination and communication skills;
？ Be able to work under pressure and frequent business trips.
