职位描述：

According to the project schedule, with compliance of EHS requirements and finish the project successfully.

New project support

·Support new project set up in china area(including BEP, PHA, PDP, Design details, structure, installation, pressure testing, punch list, operator training, commissioning, PSSR, and start-up)

·Do/Understanding material and energy balances and using them in the work

·Support new product pilot plant test, participate in new product into plant under the leadership of Engineering Supervisor

·Working closely with the construction team and with the operating team to ensure good communication of progress and issues

·Review manufacturer’s equipment information (mostly in Chinese) for the development of equipment commissioning procedures

·Review and comment on technical equipment bid packages for conformance to the design

·Support new process control sequences development

Technical improvement

·Support existing process improvement of packaging and pelleting to reduce production costs, troubleshoot existing process problem

·Lead packaging and pelleting technical improvement project

·Review piping and equipment for operating difficulties or issues and recommend solutions (i.e. low point drains, inaccessible valves, etc.)

Other responsibilities

·Technical service in the third party plant for consigned processing

·Quality identification and control for site construction and purchased equipment

任职要求

？ Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or related.

？ Minimum of 5-yr experience in chemical industry. Having experience in chemical plant is preferred.

？ Good knowledge of chemical engineering principles

？ Having experience in Powder production, delivery and packaging process.

？ Know packing machine, granulator equipment.

？ Familiar with dust removal technology, dust removal equipment.

？ Familiar with AutoCAD.

？ Good communication skills.
