职位描述：
Role and Responsibilities
1) Organize annual operation planning, support leadership team in strategic planning - identifying & developing long term strategic initiatives
2) Deeply involved in financial planning and provide strategic profitable financial model
3) Participate the deal model development of Term and projection models, and plays a key role in due diligence and sensitivity runs to close the potential capital deals;
4) Provide quantitative and analytical support on various ROE enhancement work streams, including Reserve Solutions, ALM solutions, Investment strategy
5) Offer quantitative support, working closely with leadership team and business units to perform various business and financial analyses as requested
6) Develop analytic and strategic framework for business reviews, planning and strategy development
7) Conduct profitability analysis to identify issues and business improvement opportunities, set priorities for investments
8) Communicate with business leaders of operation and other finance executives to help drive business profitability and cash flow. Analyse revenue variances between actual vs latest budget / forecast
9) Advise on financial policies and guidelines for financial department and provide financial solution if necessary
10) Ad-hoc reports/analysis as per leadership’s requirements

Requirements and/or Advantages
1) Bachelor degree or higher in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Finance or Economics
2) 3 years of Finance Analysis experiences in multinational corporate or VC/PE/Investment bank. CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred. Investment and Capital Strategy experience preferable
3) Detail oriented with ability to identify, research and resolve financial issues
4) Strong modelling experience with at least one actuarial financial projection tool, GGY Axis/Prophet /Moses preferable
5) Very analytical, data based, collaborative, persuasive, Influencing skills and initiative
6) Good communication skills; good people interaction; fluent in English
7) Good computer skills especially in Excel
