职位描述：
Job Summary
This position is responsible for:
？ Manage product quality & customer complaint
？ In process quality control
？ Assist manager to implement and maintain QMS

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities：
？ Collect and monitor the data of quality, and take action to improve products and processes.
？ Organize the related department to make the plan to improve the production line and make sure the quality performance meet company’s target.
？ Ensures workers follow specifications and procedures
？ Supporting on relevant issues such as customer complaints, follow up of improvement action plans with customers.
？ Implement product and process quality management activities to ensure product meet company's quality requirements
？ Make inspection working instruction;
？ Make non-conformity goods disposal and find the corrective actions;
？ Troubleshooting for quality issues
？ Other tasks appointed by the manager


Education and Experience：
？ Bachelor degree
？ Over 5 years in Mechanical industry manufacturing
？ At least 3 years Quality engineer of Mechanical industry
？ Experience in applying quality tools and principles
？ Experience in problem analysis and resolution
？ Familiar with ISO QMS


Skills and Abilities：
？ Documentation Skills (Word, excel etc.)
？ Mechanical knowledge
？ Know well in quality analysis tools
