职位描述：
Job Description(工作职责):
1.Provide technical support to existing customers via remote service .(including phone / email and other remote support)
通过远程服务为现有客户提供技术支持工作.(包括电话/邮件及其它远程支持方式)
2.According to the problems and search relevant patch in the IFS knowledge database, release patches and download to the customer.
根据问题在IFS知识库里搜寻相关补丁，并发布补丁下载至客户.
3.Submit unsolved the problem to second line or third line support and tracking process.
提交不能解决的问题到二线和三线支持,并跟踪过程
4.Understand IFS development process and analyses problems.
 了解IFS开发流程，并会分析问题
5.Master IFS report development tools.
掌握IFS报表开发工具.
6.Any other tasks assigned by line manager.
完成上级指派的其他任务.

Qualification（任职资格）：
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in computer technology related
本科以上学历，计算机技术相关专业
2.2-4 years technical or support experience
2-4年技术/支持工作经验
3.Net, C# development experience is must
有Net，C#开发经验
4.Good knowledge on Oracle Database/PL SQL
熟悉Oracle Database/PL SQL
5.Excellent communication skills in English
优秀的英文沟通能力
6.With good team work spirit and work with self-learning, self-active
