职位描述：
Job Description(工作职责):
1. Master IFS technology development platform
掌握IFS技术开发平台
2. Familiar with IFS basic application system
熟悉IFS基本应用系统
3. Communicate with AC, identify technical solutions and write technical documents
与应用顾问沟通，确定技术方案，编写技术文档
4. Customize standard system on IFS development platform and code management according to documents
根据文档，在IFS开发平台上开发IFS标准系统的客户化，并进行代码管理
5. Test on customized function
对所开发的客户化进行功能测试
6. Develop all kinds of reports
开发各类报表
7. Work with SC to solve system BUG
协助SUPPORT部门解决系统BUG问题
8. Responsible for training on clients and new employees
负责培训客户或新同事开发流程
9. Learn IFS updated technique platform
不断的学习IFS新的技术平台
10. Any other tasks assigned by line manager
完成上级指派的其他任务

Qualification（任职资格）：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer technology related
本科以上学历，具有计算机技术相关专业
2. Knowledge on VS. Net development environment
掌握 VS .Net开发环境
3. Experience on data structure and setting up data model
熟悉数据结构，有建立数据模型经验
4. Basic knowledge on Oracle database
掌握Oracle 数据库基本知识
5. Excellent on C#/JAVA/PLSQL
精通C#/JAVA/PLSQL开发语言
6. Knowledge on Crystal Report or other report development tool
熟悉Crystal Report 或其他报表开发工具
7. Good communication skill with both Chinese and English
良好的中英文沟通能力
8. With good team work spirit and work with self-learning, self-active
良好的团队合作能力，在工作中能自主学习，积极主动
9. Be able to travel frequently
